Any error in passenger information may result in booking failure, additional charges, cancellation, or denial of boarding by the airline. Travel To The Sky shall not be held responsible for losses, penalties, or inconveniences caused due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer at the time of booking.

Payment Terms and Confirmation

All air ticket bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation. Prices displayed on the website are subject to availability and may change without prior notice until payment is successfully completed. Once the payment is received and confirmed, the ticket will be issued and sent to the registered email address or mobile number. Travel To The Sky does not store customers’ debit or credit card information and uses secure payment gateways to ensure transaction safety.

Airline Fare Rules and Conditions

Each airline operates under its own fare rules, conditions, and restrictions, including baggage allowance, seat selection, meals, rescheduling, and cancellations. Travel To The Sky strictly follows the policies set by the respective airline. Customers are advised to carefully review fare rules before confirming a booking, as some discounted or promotional fares may carry additional restrictions or may be completely non-refundable.

Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds

Name Corrections and Restrictions
